Jacob was awesome! We had two bolts on our truck that needed a 7mm socket (we lost ours during the process of replacing our side mirror ?) and stopped by napa 10 minutes before close. He let us borrow a 7mm socket. Life saver! Thanks so much!! We'll be back for our vehicle needs in the future!!!

The old guy with the long beard and glasses who works at the front is VERY rude. I came in and he instantly had a nasty attitude. I’m obviously clueless when it comes to cars and I just told him I came to pick up an alternator and he’s proceeds to treat me like a child and speak with a nasty tone throughout the whole exchange. Don’t work in retail if you’re going to be rude with paying customers.
