Believe the reviews, Big John's is amazing! They are old school in the absolute best way possible. For my out-of-state move, they were the only company who actually had someone come to my apartment to do an estimate. My plans changed quite a few times, but Ed was always so kind, understanding, and accommodating. Alex and his team of movers did an incredible job in getting me out of my 5th floor walkup and into my new apartment. Everything was packed carefully, and, despite the fact that I had many fragile items and quite a bit of art, not a single thing broke. They treated my stuff as if it were their own. I am so beyond grateful to Big John's for making what was a very stressful time that much better. And all at a very fair price. Thank you, thank you!

We used Big John's for our out of state move and could not have been more pleased with the service. They are extremely professional and on point with the appointment times given. A walk through (virtually) was done to document all items that would be transported and the price quoted was final. There were no additional fees added on when the furniture was delivered. In our research of other moving companies, this seemed to be a big complaint from customers. Also, many other companies farm out the business to local movers (based on reviews we read). Big John's handles your move from beginning to end. If you are looking for a moving company, I highly recommend Big John's.
