Great experience with Mendola and Associates. Matt and Tanner did a great job of explaining everything that was happening, took time to show us our property line and where all the pins were placed. They were extremely timely with coming out to our job. They were out, had the property surveyed and property pinned and staked in less than a month. I would recommend them to anyone. They are total professionals. A job well done. We were very pleased with everything.

We contacted Matt to survey our land before we installed fencing. He was responsive and courteous! He visited our property and discovered a discrepancy between surveying completed in our neighbor’s property and our property boundary. Matt communicated with our neighbor’s surveyor to get to the bottom of the discrepancy and kept us informed. He and Robert visited our home a second time to complete the surveying, explain how the discrepancy arose, and assured us our property boundaries were accurate. Had a very positive experience with Mendola & Associates, Bob and Tanner in particular. From the start, they were very easy to contact and were very responsive throughout the survey process. They quoted me a fair price and stuck to it even when complications arose, as might be expected for a wooded residential lot. They did a thorough job of researching existing related government records prior to the survey and then coming onsite and finding all existing pins in the area to ensure accuracy. On the day of survey pin placement, I was welcomed to observe and to ask questions. Highest recommendation.
