Purchased loafers only to be given the wrong size. Returned and requested for a refund on the same day and it nearly took a week for it to be processed. Had to contact headquarters 2 times because the store itself was not providing me updates. Go to a different store or rather shop online. Poor communication and service.

Very disappointed. I purchased furniture and paid for shipping as I live out of state. Months later I never received my merchandise. The store did not refund me continuing to state they were shipping the product. Eventually they stopped responding. It was thousands of dollars in merchandise. Terrible customer service. Beware.
