I WALKED IN FOR A NEW DEBIT CARD THE TELLER LADY WITH A SHORT BOB WAS EXTREMELY KIND & HELPFUL SHE ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE FOR ME I WAS BEING HELPED HELPED BY ABDIDA AND SHE STATED UBER HER PERSONAL DISCRETION SHE WILL NOT GIVE ME A CARD ONLY MAIL AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE I ASKED WHY SHE STATED THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO IVE BEEN A TD CUSTOMER FOR 10 YEARS & NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDENESS & JUDGEMENT. I WENT TO ANOTHER BRANCH AND THEY GAVE ME A NEW CARD IN 5 MINUTES.

Terrible customer service experience at this branch and a really bad experience opening a new account with TD in general. My new account that I was told needed to be verified after I already verified it over the phone was apparently closed. You know you guys could communicate things with emails, snail mail, app pop ups etc, right? I literally had no clue they decided to close it or any urgency to come in and verify. The bank teller informed me of the closure and didn’t even offer an apology or to open a new account for me. When I asked if I could open a new account; the singular person who opens new accounts there decided she was going to lunch (literally right when I asked that question). I asked if anyone else could open an account for me and they told me I’d have to come back after she comes back from lunch. How does a bank not have other people to open accounts? Stay away from TD Bank and this branch - it’s a poorly run clown show.
