In my opinion, Northfield Bank on Court Street struggles with leadership, professionalism, and employee retention. It’s concerning to see dedicated staff members treated unfairly and replaced so frequently, which reflects poorly on management. When a bank can’t maintain consistent, competent leadership or value its employees, it raises questions about how much they truly value their customers as well.
