I took my car here for a wheel alignment. It took more than 4 hours, and when I got my car back, it felt exactly the same. I don’t see any improvement at all. The steering wheel is still not centered and still has problems. Because of this, I doubt that the alignment was actually done. I asked for a recheck, but they told me to come back later. Today I called them twice, but they didn’t answer properly and kept putting me on hold. Very disappointing service

*Comically horrific service.* Bought 4 tires online for a vehicle of mine. Called and asked if they had availability for that afternoon or next morning. Paul said cheerfully - "bring it on by!" We got there the next morning at 7:30am and we're told they'd get it right in. Come 9:30 and the vehicle hadn't been touched we asked and Paul said quite rudely, we clearly have other cars we're working on. We'll get it done by 10:30. 10:30 rolls around and still no movement. We asked yet again and a different employee said "oh you are the guys with no appointment.... We'll get it it in 2 hours". We had enough of that. We started calling other tire shops only to be met with death glares by the employees. When we asked for our keys back to go to another shop. They magically had all the time in the world for the car and got it done in 20 minutes.... little wonder why Firestone's are closing all over the country.

Set up an appointment at 11am. Was told oil change would be done in an hour and fifteen minutes. Another hour has gone by... now 1315 and a whole hour just looking at my vehicle on the lift. Ridiculous. Techs just standing around... UPDATE: 3 hour oil change. Got out of there 1430ish. Sad.
