Called in twice to verify they had tires I was going to purchase and had it verbally confirmed by one of workers. Arrived at the shop and they only had one tire out of the multiple I needed, and it was bald. Wasted my time.

I purchased a car tire from this seller, but shortly after, the tire started losing air. When I returned to the store and explained the issue, instead of fixing the problem, they charged me an additional $67.60 and still gave me back the same defective tire. Now they refuse to provide me with a proper solution or return my money. This experience is extremely disappointing. I expect the seller to treat customers fairly and honestly. I am simply asking for my right: either refund my money or provide me with a good, working tire.
