This was how I spent my Thanksgiving, a flat on the highway, and when I tried to drive further to get to an exit I completely shredded the tire. The next day I got 2 new front tires at Metric, and they were able to replace the tire on the old rim saving me a great expense. I thoroughly recommend this shop

My first appointment and it was just amazing. I was greeted with a great big genuine hi how are you. It might seem small but it created a warm first impression. I believe if I remember correctly (my memory issue, not her lack of impact) that was April. I arrived for oil change and I mentioned on the way over I noticed a 'shimmy ' I never experienced before. 'We can check that for you, no problem' Now one might say that's their job . True, But I experienced a sense of 'don't worry, we got you'. The job was done swiftly, the coffee was great, I was provided peace of mind and the shimmy was determined and was ice related.... no biggie. ! Thank goodness! I've been in the customer service field here and there; you guys, to me are A+
