Back in the early 2010's I found out the hard way I had to watch the workers weigh everything because they would frequently subtract weight from what the scale reported. Their excuse was they were subtracting the weight of whatever 5 gal bucket or plastic bag the metal was in. That logic is fine but they would always give me full weight reported when I told them to weigh the bucket and bags if they wanted to subtract weight. I stopped going there for a decade and decided to try it again. Once again, I found them doing the same thing. The excuse this time was "I hit the wrong button." Watch the scales, check your receipts.
