My daughter’s car had an issue with her windshield wipers. I called Bob’s and they were super friendly and easy to schedule an appt with. We dropped it off, and a few hours later they sent us a very detailed report from the diagnostic. Someone then called me to walk through. There were a few things that came up, outside of the wipers which were just loose. We were given a price for each issue, and the timeframe in which it was able to be completed, which was the next day. The car looks and runs fantastic, and we had wonderful service! We talked to a few different guys over the few days, and each was great. We will certainly be back for things as needed. Thanks guys!

This review is over a month overdue, but I promised I’d do it. JP towed a vehicle for us back at the start of December to a storage unit — super nice guy, went above and beyond what he needed to, and the world needs more people like him, twas a interaction I’ll never forget! I would give 5 stars, but one of y’all’s drivers almost hit my wife a few years ago by not yielding the right of way, then honked and flipped her off — which was messed up considering y’all didn’t have the right of way and shouldn’t have pulled out. This was years ago, but I’ll never forget it, because every time we saw that guy driving around she’d bring it up. Based on that alone, it’d be a 1-star review. But JP earned y’all some credit back — enough to bump this to a 4-star review. Good stuff, man. Also, I loved the mental health awareness decal you had (which I believe is now Alzheimer’s awareness). Love to see that. There was another driver who helped us get into our car with the keys locked inside as well super nice guy! And y’all’s response times have always been fantastic! And we’re on time with the scheduled pickups! Love the communication y’all have as well!

Had just bought a new to me vehicle and drove up from TN to visit family. Had the engine light come on and they got me in right away ( even though I showed up at the wrong location). Ryan was extremely courteous and most helpful with my issue. I was under a time crunch due to having to head back to TN in 3 days. He was able to miraculously find the one and only part available! He handled all the billing and coverage with my company. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
