Terrible experience. Incredibly rude. Yelled at me for not washing out my cans and bottles. Ridiculous. Can Kings in Fredonia doesn't care if they're washed or not, so I don't know why this place does. I'd sooner just throw my cans and bottles in the trash than spend the time washing them. I brought glass milk jugs from milk I bought at Wegman's (they had a redemption sticker for NY on them) and it was like I just violated the Geneva Convention when they saw them. Apparently they can't take anything dairy related, and apparently I was just supposed to magically know this. There are many better and easier places around for you to redeem your cans and bottles so I don't know why anybody would come here.

Stopped there today with 5 large bags of returnables. The woman who "greeted" me made absolutely sure that I understood that they will not take unsorted (meaning mixed plastic returnables and glass returnables.) Terse would be a good description of her demeanor; surly and snarky would be better. She blamed the "pre-sorting" stipulation somehow on the COVID pandemic .... ???? I went elsewhere. You should do the same. By contrast, Can Kings on East Main in Fredonia is welcoming, friendly, and VERY congenial...both today and previously; the opposite of what I experienced at Cash For Cans Redemptuon.
