I stopped by Quality Recycle Parts (QRP) after striking out at the Chevy dealership while trying to find a simple retainer clip for the sun visor in my 2007 Chevy Silverado. At the dealership, I explained that the retainer is interchangeable with newer GM models and even showed the rep a picture. They pushed back and told me that wasn’t true, which was honestly a bit of a bummer. So I decided to try QRP. As soon as I walked in and showed them the same picture, they immediately said, “That’s the most common and generic part for GM vehicles.” Not only did they know exactly what I was talking about, but they even gifted me the retainer on the spot. That level of knowledge and customer service really stood out to me. QRP treated me with respect, knew their stuff, and helped me out without hesitation. I’m definitely a QRP customer from now on—good people with exemplary customer service.

Called to see if they had a part. They said they did. Drove all the way there, part was rusted. I said I was worried about that, they said I could return it within 30 days. And, of course, the part goes 30 days later. Had to buy it from somewhere else. Not happy.
