I called Bracy yesterday to request a rear end for my truck. Regrettably, he exhibited rude and impatient behavior. It seems that Rob has neglected the principles of good customer service and the influence of reviews. I recommend not doing business with this company. According to these reviews, the quality of the part is allegedly inferior. update: As requested, I called Rob back this morning to confirm the part was in stock. He immediately replied that the part was not there and had already been sold. I was shocked, which left me speechless. He rudely responded that he had other things going on and didn't have to be on the phone. He hung up on me. I really hate that I can't give this brother a zero review because he deserves a flat-out zero - nothing more.

These guys were great, fast and helpful. They were very welcoming and delivered exactly what I asked them for. I hope I dont need another motor soon but I would recommend them to anyone. My mechanic was pleased when he saw the condition and shape the motor was in when I got it home.

Spent 1500 on a motor in February and the middle of March the mechanic said it had a blown headgasket. When the motor was purchased, I had a tune up done to it, including an oil change. Didnt know It was leaking oil and by the man saying the motor only had 58,000 you would think in less than 30 days it should've never done that. Stating the motor was like new during purchase.
