The auxiliary battery died in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Thank goodness it happened in my driveway. I couldn’t start it so I called Gilmore to come tow it to the Jeep/Dodge dealership on Lakeland Drive in Brandon, MS. Dalton drove to my house in Flowood and jumped the battery off. I asked him to follow me to the dealership in case my Jeep cut off and he did. I do recommend Gilmore Towing and thank you Dalton.

Steve Gilmore of Gilmore Towing and Ms. Leann of sledge towing are lifesavers. My car sat for two days a hr from home. I called every other tow company on google and nobody would agree to tow my car. I literally had 3 other tow companies pull up the first day, refuse and leave me stranded. I called Ms. Leann and although she did not have a truck available she drove out and stood with me until she was able to call Mr. Gilmore. I’ve never met a nicer man in my life. He had me on the truck in 5 minutes, to the dealership and in a parking spot in another 20. I even offered to pay him double his rate as a thank you and he refused. All he asked is that I think of him if anybody I knew ever needed a tow. He has trucks specially made to get low cars. I have a corvette that’s factory height and nobody else would even attempt it. I wish I could give him 20 stars.

I am blown away by the extraordinary service I received from Gilmore Towing! I will admit that part of this was just lucky geography, but, from the time I called, Sissy was able to get to my car and have it loaded up LITERALLY faster than an ambulance would have arrived! Unbelievable! These are truly professional, hard-working folks. I won’t even consider using another company in the future!
