Ben, at Speedys Used Parts helped me very quickly to find the exact part I was looking to fix my air conditioner. Ben also gave me a wonderful price and got it shipped out to me ASAP!! This is great news because it is quite hot and humid in North Carolina. Thank you so much for your help Ben I will definitely be using your services again in the future.

Let me start by saying I don’t often write reviews; I only do so when I am truly impressed, or mortified, by how a company operates. In this case, it is undoubtedly the former! Not only was I texted back while leaving a voicemail for them on a Sunday (well outside of business hours) but the follow-ups to my inquiry were prompt and polite. I arrived at 8:30 this morning (right at opening) to more than 4 folks ready to go, already working, not bothered by how early I was or sluggish in the slightest. A particular shoutout goes to Ben, who helped me from start to finish. If you want to take an afternoon pulling a part off of a vehicle at a salvage yard and pay virtually the same price for it, be my guest. If you want courteous and quick service, and a seat while they pull the part for you, go to Speedy’s. Hands down one the best experiences I’ve had in a while. The option doesn’t exist, but consider this a 6-star review. Thank you for being an excellent company.

Family business that is easy to communicate with and has a ton of high-quality inventory. Ordered front trim piece on a Tuesday and arrived clean, well packaged on Thursday. Will definitely order more parts in the future.
