Price was very reasonable for the part I needed and the lady at the front counter was very polite and friendly, the guys that work in the yard we're also curteous and helpful, I also got a kick of the big Rooster, that was not something you see every day lol

I've been getting used parts at Wagners for 45 years and they have always had the part's that I've needed. It's been so sad for the Wagner having so many family members pass away like they have. They are a great family to deal with and they have gone out of their way for me to find the part's at the lowest cost possible. God Bless the family and I'm saying a prayer for the family members who are still running the Auto parts company.

Very bad experience. I called regarding a warranty for a part that Erick sold me (he has always been professional and helpful). I asked to speak with him and was told he would arrive at 11:00 AM. Later, I confirmed directly with Erick and found out he actually starts work at 8:30 AM. They simply denied that he was there. On top of giving false information and making me waste my time waiting, the person who answered the phone had a rude and disrespectful attitude and ended up hanging up on me. That kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. If it weren’t for Erick, I definitely wouldn’t come back. The lack of professionalism from some employees makes this business look very bad.
