As being a loader operator in this location, if you are in need of finding a vehicle don't be afraid to stop the loaders and ask us. We will direct you to the vehicle, if not bring it right to you. I made this review do to a recent negative review posted about customer not being able to find a vehicle. We cannot help you, if you do not ask. We strive for customer service, ask if you need help! Nobody knows the yard like the loaders, we have massive sale rows and cannot put all cars in one small location. Maps are provided at the front counter and loaders will assist with locating vehicles. Thank you!

We unfortunately had an accident that totalled our car. In all of the chaos after it happened we were able to get personal belongings out but completely forgot to remove our EZPass. I called Copart and explained what happened and they could not haven't been nicer. When we got to Copart they had retrieved the EZPass and it was waiting for us. What a neat, clean facility and efficient operation! Great experience all around with them.
