I got a fine deal on a used pickup from Sam, the owner, who was personable and went to great lengths to properly prepare the truck and file the necessary paperwork. He sent an employee to Baltimore to pick up new tires for it the day before I bought it. He gave my wife and I a ride to a small restaurant to wait while he did the paperwork and picked us back up when we were ready. Buying a car can be pressure-filled and hellish but my experience with Cars USA was relaxed, hassle-free, and friendly throughout.
