We were taking our Fifth Wheel Grand Design Reflection 303 rls out our driveway, not realizing that it was not fully locked in the hitch. As my husband began the turn, it slipped out and landed in the back of the truck. After 2 to 2 half hours of trying to get the truck straightened out, I called Sapp’s Wrecker. I admit I was in a panic by this time. I spoke to several people and finally got to Tucker. He responded he would see us in five minutes. He did and got to work. My husband was elated and with Tucker’s help, we were hooked up and ready to head out the following morning. Thank you Tucker and Sapp’s Wrecker.

I do apologize I don't know what the gentleman's name was that helped us today,but he was very professional and it took him no time to get us to the dealership. The payment process was so quick and easy... I'm waiting for him he called and said have yuo received a text?....I was ok the next thing I know he was gone! I keep trying to catch up with this new technology but it just keep beatening me up.
