So my car got illegally towed due to a misunderstanding with local law enforcement on 12/4/2025. Fortunately, for law enforcement got in touch with the right tow company, because the entire time my car has been housed here the staff has been nothing less than respectful, answered any all of my questions to the best of the knowledge, transparent about any and all fees, and never made me feel like I was a burden or a problem even while I was facing financial hardships prior to accumulating the funds to secure my vehicle. I had a medical emergency and my truck was towed by Eastway Wrecking (driver Miguel Robinson) at 2am. When I went went to pickup my vehicle that afternoon two iPhones were missing. Driver said they were in the truck when he towed it. Be careful that you don't leave valuables in your vehicle when they are towing. They might not be there when you get it back.

If you’re able to, avoid them. Was in an accident last August and had to let them tow my car. The tow truck driver insisted on driving my manual car up onto the truck and managed to destroy a relatively new $1200 clutch. When I got to the lot my car reeked of clutch. Essentially paid them $250 to tow my car a mile down the road and in the process destroy an expensive clutch that i’ll now need to replace. Other than their incompetent drivers, service was great. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and sweet.
