These guys were great! They were able to get a truck to my location in minutes and were super courteous. I was driving a fully loaded semi, and it was rush hour on a highway - very tough environment to crawl around in and moving quickly was required to keep a bad situation from getting worse. Super job these guys did!! Highly recommend Deans to anyone needing their services.

Exceptional service! Two very professional gentleman helped move a 37’ motorhome. I wish I could remember both their names but one of them was Oscar. We agreed upon a meet time and they were just a little late due to traffic. The two gentleman were very nicely dressed and professional. They took great care to not harm the motorhome which was parked in a challenging spot. Oscar’s maneuvering skills are top notch! I highly recommend their service!

Absolutely tremendous customer service! First, the dispatch let me know that I was slightly outside of their typical service area and kindly recommended other tow services that she knew was closer to my location. After learning that the other tow services were going to charge me more and make me wait longer for the pickup, I called Dean's back. Mr. Lee showed up very quickly after I provided my location and proceeded to load my car onto the tow truck bed with efficiency and care. Apart from the circumstances, it was a treat to ride to the destination with Mr. Lee, hear stories from his extensive career, and muse about the causes of my car's latest temper tantrum. When we arrived at the destination, Mr. Lee unloaded my car with the same attention to detail and and efficiency with which he had loaded it. It gave me the feeling that this is how Mr. Lee would load his own car onto a tow truck if he had to. I could not have asked for more and if I find myself in need of a tow service again, I'll be calling Dean's Wrecker Service.
