I needed towing through AAA. Pruitt's was dispatched immediately. I received a call from Pruitt's, during my short wait to get my details & was assured they'd be there soon...and they were. Mr. Pruitt puts customer service, safety, and car care first. My truck was towed safely to my mechanic for its repair. I hope to request Pruitt's if/when I ever require roadside assistance in the future.

What an awful company. I will be reporting the interaction I just had to AAA. The truck driver arrived to assist my neighbor right before me but chose to block the driveway. I asked if he could move nicely and he said it’s gonna have to wait. I then told him he was going to move the truck and he decided to argue and almost hit my car.
