They due as they please with people property . My accident was January 15th,2026 1. I had find a ride to Oklahoma City because I don't live in the city. 2. I tired to get someone to get my property on my behalf. They said yes at first asked for a just as long as the person have a copy of my driver's license. I sent to my person 3. My person made it up here and they told him he wasn't allowed to go get my stuff out of my vehicle. 4. It's 03/04/3026 I finally made my way up here to get my property myself. We go in and he's telling me that my car has already been clean out. I didn't receive no phone call, no letter, no update on my items that just did add they pleased with my belongings. 5. I'm sitting here at 9:00pm and their telling me that I have to come pack in the morning 8am So basically my items are stolen because I did not give anyone consent to get my belongings out of my vehicle nor did anyone ask me to sign a consent for anyone else besides myself or the person I appointed to get my belongings out of my vehicle. 6. Now my property is not even at the same location the my vehicle is at. Upon Day 2 March 5th 2026.nasty and so rude hanging up in my face I'm trying to tell him that one of his workers which was a female is the one that gave me the wrong information about someone else being able to get my items out of my vehicle. He want to act like that was a statement that was never made out of my mouth about his employees. I don't work for you I don't know what's in your policy and I don't know how your employees favored a customers. And what's even more disgusting my attorney has to get involved in order for me to get my belongings. My car has been in there position since January 15th 2026. When I asked do your company even care to make sure you are releasing information or sending documents to the right address. Then he going to turn around and make it seem like it's my fault that I have not updated the states that I've moved when yes I have. Since I've had my address changed to the post office know my name and that I have a new address out here so the mail carrier would have brought me the letter. And if it went to the wrong address as a certified letter my mail carrier would have left me a pink slip at my current address that I am at now. That is for a fact that I know because it has already happened in another situation prior to this one that did not involve a tow company. But I was also dealing with the company that did do their job and didn't release false information to a person that lives an hour away. They are horrible nasty rude and they do not delegate information the way they need to so a person can get their belongings. And due to the fact that nobody held on their end when I FIRST spoke with them. Upon my first conversation with them that was nothing mentioned to me about getting a release form notarized and signed not once was that a part of the conversation that we initially had upon getting my property as of yesterday made it a full week. Nor have I sold them my car my car is still being investigated by insurance adjusters.

Horrible front desk employee. The old lady that works in the front desk should probably reconsider her job. Granted I'm sure reviews mean nothing because half the time people don't get a choice on who the tow is so they get your money either way but this lady was just condescending and rude. Instead of clearly answering questions she'll divert to hard to read/understand plaques on the walls you can barely read. It takes just as much time to answer the question as it does to avoid answering the question and being snarky pointing to signs. Multiple people with us had issues dealing with her on the phone and in person. However the guy that towed the car was great though. Absolutely loved him. No comment on the price, we think it was a bit much but what's done is done though they should find someone who actually is able to work front desk and answer basic questions. Like ma'am if you don't know how to do your job and don't know the answer to questions you should find something else rather than getting pissed off with the customers and more or less making them do your job for you.

Whoever the lady with long grey hair and glasses in the office is, is rude. Acted annoyed when I was trying to get answers to questions over the phone, and acted annoyed when I came in to get my vehicle. I had everything I needed so there was no reason for her attitude
