This place is definitely a joke. They don't give you time to take anything out of the vehicle just take it. The truck drivers are rude and the inside staff SUPER rude. Its people out here who really need jobs and would provide phenomenal services. Fire the rude people who makes in unpleasant to even wanna talk to anyone.

If i could leave 0 stars i would i get my car towed away just for the workers to leave my lights on in my car for 5 days which killed my battery & made it to where it broke down in the middle of telegraph road & then i called & the lady was very rude & unprofessional.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would.They go in your car without permission and steal then lie about it.Im not sure as to how because they said they had no key.Everyone who works here has and attitude and literally lie about everything.Legal action is being taken.
