Thank you. I've learned that AAA in Atlanta do not provide good service for towing. Your AI bot is responsive but the company fails extremely in providing the service advertised. I waited more than 2 hours from 2am to 4:15am for a service provider to be assigned to tow my vehicle. No one was ever assigned! I called a different tow company who came to tow my car. I pay monthly for roadside assistance and when I need it, AAA hasn’t been there for me. AAA should be called BBB-a Bogus company that provides Bad service and is Barely responsive.
