Worst experience. RACIST AND APATHETIC. The guy who drove me was ok... but I was trying to get all my things out of the car because I was coming back from the Alpha Chi Honors Convention in Florida and had literal luggage when a girl slammed into the back of me. Oh these guys must've not appreciated an honors level black man because when I came back to get my truck after they opened a few hours later, the other guy threw my keys on the dash of the truck and walked away sucking his teeth. I said, "man you're different this morning" he looked at me, murmured something and rolled his eyes. I don't know anybody in this area so I did my best to drive the car home (3hrs away) after my class yesterday thinking nothing was wrong with the front, since the girl hit me in the back. Got home and noticed an oily substance on the hood. This morning the spirit of the Lord said, open the hood and see whats up because there shouldn't have been any problems. Not only did these guys see that I'd left my mother's painting and let it get rained on in their yard, after they actually moved my truck further back into the lot than it was when it was towed there and they UNSCREWED AND UNPLUGGEDMY VITALS. They wanted to send a real message. But God is with me! I thought the officer was doing me a favor when he offered to tow after the accident. If anyone EVER took my car here again, It would be the WORST PART OF THE ACCIDENT.

Girlfriend’s car got towed by them after an accident. Went to go pick up the same day since they charge an extra $35 per extra day it’s kept on top of the already $215 base charge. Went to go pick up, waited almost 2 hours to pick up since we needed supervision from one of their own drivers to get our own car. Lady at front desk, couldn’t be more rude and nasty! If this is how she treats people with perfect English and open customers imagine how they treat others! Finally after almost two hours we were able to retrieve the car with our own tow driver only for them to be yelled and berated at to leave the lot by an employee of theirs whilst we were already in the process of walking out. A true shame CMPD has a contract with them. Shameful way of providing a service that many are forced to take without knowing they have other options. If I could I’d leave a zero but getting a one since we eventually did get our car back.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a rip off. You all charged my wife $180 just to go less than 1 mile. There is now way you all calculated that amount to go less than one mile. I would have hated if she had to go 20 miles. Then I called and today and asked for a manager the lady that answered was nasty. I told her could I explain what happened so I could have a manager call me back like a normal business would. She did not want to do that. The way I run my business I’m so glad that the amount of years we have been in business I have never overcharged anyone for anything. My business is not located in Charlotte so I’m always on the road during the week but this is so unprofessional.
