The guy acting like he owned. The place was very short and rude like I didn’t belong there made me feel very uncomfortable like he knew it all he’s been doing this for 20 years. You guys know the type spent $1000 missing pieces I’m not the one to argue and I’m pretty sure he wasn’t gonna give me back my money

Purchased a used transmission from Allstar. Initial phone contact was great, wasn't put on hold and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful. Upon pickup, I found friendly office staff, a clean lot and office, and didn't have to trip over a bunch of parts to get loaded out. The transmission turned out as described, a nice, clean used unit, and shifts great! Will definitely be doing business with Allstar Auto in the future!
