This company works with the HOA (ACM) management to tow cars from a familiar condominium and charges 400 dollars in cash. It seems illegal because if you pay with Zelle, they charge you 80 more. This is insane. They are the worst.

These are low class people. The owner cussing at me bc they didn’t communicate change in appointment fee of $100 in which they only operate between 10-5 and we spoke on the phone three times. Then had the audacity to say that people take advantage of them as if he hadn’t taken my car. They nickel and dime. And somehow they are the victims even though they snitched my car. On top of that, they only take cash. Sounds like tax Tax evasion to me. I will be reporting them. $550 gone! The lady said if you miss a doctor appointment then you have to pay a fee… Ma’am the doctor DOESN’T HAVE MY CAR. Very terrible business practice. Avoid doing business with them.

These people are scammers. They will tow your car, damage it, then when you tell them about the damage they did to your vehicle, they will gaslight you. They will be shut down soon I’m sure. I know a few people already contemplating legal action against these guys. Definitely an illegal operation going on here.
