I’m not leaving this review based on their mechanical skills. I’m sure that they are pretty great considering that I was referred to them By another auto repair shop. I’m leaving it based on lies that were told to me. So yesterday 11/17 I called this repair shop after being referred to them, and was told that I needed to make an appointment and that for my specific issue (which was that I needed a diagnostic for my axel to make sure that is really what’s wrong) that it should only take around maybe 30 minutes to diagnose. So today I wake up early in the morning and drive 45 minutes across town to this repair shop only to get there and the man at the service desk is acting like he doesn’t even know who I am. He then found a clipboard that my name was on and told me that their shop doesn’t do appointments and that I can leave my car there and they will get to it whenever they get to it. (That is not what I was told and had I been told that, I would have found another shop to go to). So now I’m confused as to who told me yesterday that I needed to make an appointment and allowed for me to take the 10:00 AM time-slot and told me that my diagnostic would only take about 30 minutes. Complete waste of my time and morning.

Wow! That's all I have to say. Steve and Dave are some of the nicest people I have ever met... especially at an auto mechanic shop. They do great work, don't price gouge, and their customer service is on 10, all without out that, "whoo a woman we can take advantage of vibe" (maniacally rubbing hands together) Every person who answers that phone sounds like they wish to do nothing else in life but help you... I was referred for these very reasons, and it's all truth! 10/10
