If I could give this company zero Stars they would get no stars at all they've ripped me off so many times claiming that I had batteries in my scrap when I know for a fact I pulled the batteries off because I collect batteries because I can recycle them I get paid for recycling batteries so I'm very certain I also keep a ledger. Bless you keep your distance from this company because I guarantee they're going to find a way don't try to rip you off.

The men here are very rude. I came to scrap a transmission called in advance and told them it was in my trunk and needed it taken out. I drove from the west side 30 mins for them to tell me they couldn't help me and walk away. I asked why no one told me his response was "well did you ask" when dealing with the public that shouldn't be the response I really hope you get better customer service

Absolutely rude and unprofessional, this place will deny business after destroying your property. Got told after yesterday's incident that they are no longer taking scrapped vehicles from me and it happens to be my last one. The guy driving the big rig damaged my trailer the Scrapped vehicle was sitting on. Apparently his boss told him not to take anymore from me, after telling him after being treated how I was that it was the guys fault he flat out said no while I was in mid sentence still. Instead of going through the windows their employee decided to go under neath the scrapped vehicle and damage my steel diamond plate trailer fenders. After the damage was done I was told to go get an estimate on how bad it was and bring it back to get payment. What this place doesn't know is that the diamond steel fenders are no longer being made. They weren't even willing to fix my fender after their employee caused the damage I had to make them fix the damage they caused. I was able to get one more vehicle taken and signing a waiver but after this trip I am going to take my business somewhere else and never come back here again after this unnecessary stress and tension with being treated unfairly I rather go somewhere where I will be treated fairly and with respect not disrespect like I received here. I do not recommend this scrap yard at all to do business, worst place ever and run by disrespectful civilians here.
