Its rare that a yard has my vehicle in it, and i was willing to drive far to get parts for it. I reached out to holbrook auto parts to inquire about the piece i needed for my vehicle. Nathan was able to identify exactly what i needed, and followed up with pictures of where he was going to cut the vehicle. He insisted i came out to the yard and see it in person before they cut where it was marked. The biggest selling point for me is that nathan offered to deliver it to my workplace on his way home, since he lived near my dealership. I will buy more parts from these guys in the future. I Highly recommend reaching out to theses guys to conduct business.

I live in West Virginia and had a hard time finding a part for my 2009 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Not only did Holbrook have the part, the customer service was the BEST!! Specifically * Nate* he was AMAZING and so helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this business.

had a very disappointing experience with this business. I was given incorrect information, treated rudely by staff, and when I tried to address the issue, management was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. There was no accountability or effort to resolve the problem. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this business to others. FIND ANOTHER AUTO PARTS STORE TO SHOP
