My vehicle broke down at a very inconvenient time. I made the phone call and they were on the way. Friendly service from the first conversational all the way to the drop off. Branden was quick, efficient and basically made a bad situation much more tolerable. You hope to never need these services, but I know who I'm calling the next time I do. Thank you for today.

Yesterday, I had the most amazing experience with KAR KARE on my worst day. No other tow company was responsive and willing to take my vehicle to the dealership due to the distance. After going back and forth with my insurance company to find someone, KAR KARE stepped in and made my day better! I want to thank Wade for showing up sooner than estimated and for going above and beyond. He took care of the overnight drop box service on my behalf and communicated with me the entire time until it was delivered at the destination. To my surprise, he noticed I had a nail in the tire, too. I then notified the dealership of this, and they saved me from potentially having another problem later. Thankfully, I got my daughter and me home safely and worry-free. I would recommend them to anyone! I certainly plan to if another emergency arises in the future (fingers crossed it doesn't though). Thank you so much!!!
