When I called this company to get my car towed I was told I’d be able to leave it unattended being that it was night time and I had things to do, My car was towed diagonally with my front right tire on the curb and the back half of my car in the middle of the street. Because of the way my car was towed I got a ticket. Not only that my keys were not in the car and I was not told that they were dropped off with the tire shop owner, and my car was unlocked the entire night, thankfully nothing was stolen. But when I spoke to someone from the company asking about where the keys are they were no help and when I asked if I could be compensated for the ticket that I got because of the way they towed my car I was told that I wouldn’t be able to be compensated with a really bad attitude. I feel cheated out of paying 130 bucks to get my car towed less than 5 minutes away to a tire shop just for them to leave it parked in the most inconvenient way ever. I now have a 70 dollar ticket that I have to pay thanks A1 collision for nothing

Absolutely a lifesaver and wonderful service, almost God sent in the most needed hour!! I cannot thank the tow driver enough for rescuing in the middle of a snowstorm at 2am during the night. The tow truck driver was extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced as well as professional, everything you would need in a troubling time. The price was very reasonable for the service provided, did not seem to take advantage of the vulnerable situation and towed the vehicle, helped extensively to figure out how to submit the car to a dealership in the middle of the night. Cannot say enough good things about the tow driver from this company. Almost wish he was our personal mechanic as I would give my vehicle to him for repair as well if that service was also provided by this company. The owner was extremely diligent in following up multiple times about the tow arrival and making sure we were taken care of. Its evident there's temendous discipline in this company and I would use this tow anytime in the future if needed in NYC. The absolute best in NY! You won't find one better. I would give 100 stars if I could. Such a smooth service from New York all the way to New Jersey!

scammers(posing as Brooklyn tow company) actual name is A1 towing, plus sent a separate company truck).. made me wait over four hours to send the wrong flatbed truck causing damage to my front axles and brakes. I explained on first call that I needed a short truck with skates for rear. After wrong truck, They hung up the phone and left my car on the road stranded saying these things happen.
