I just left from a basketball game at night hosted by the school I work for I was not expecting to get a flat tire. I called a tow company literally down the street from me and they had nobody that could help when I called first class towing, they came all the way from where they were. The driver was in Port Chester came all the way to Scarsdale Central Avenue to get metowed my car dropped it off at my mechanic took pictures and made sure that everything was safe and good to go. I absolutely cannot stress enough how safe reliable and understanding they are. I would choose this towing company hands-down any day.

I had an amazing experience with 1st Class Towing-Chris is absolutely fantastic. He spent 40 minutes trying to jump one of our work vehicles in the evening on a Friday--and when that didn't work he was willing to go back to his office and get an additional charger to try again, he was so polite and apologetic about the car not being able to be jumped, which was not his fault. I told him not to and he returned on Monday to our office after being contacted by our Fleet Maintenance Company Elements to tow the car for us. He took pictures of the vehicle before putting it on the flatbed, pictures when he arrived to the service location in Riverside, CT and even gave them my information and took pictures of the vehicle dropped off. His communication during both visits to our office was fantastic (calls before arriving and follow-up once he arrived) and I truly appreciated working with a company that was so pleasant-good customer service goes a long way these days-and it shows!
