I've been bringing all my cars to Superior since 1988. I don't lease, I buy. Any non-warranty work, and all work after the warranties are done (outside of intensive body or glass work) goes to Frank and Charlie. And if you DO need body/glass, or a tow, or anything else they don't do, they'll point you in the right direction. Anyway, since 1988! What else do you need to know??

Having been a customer for more than 20 years I was puzzled about why they kept recommending a tune-up (new plugs etc.) when their records clearly show that the service was performed at about 40K miles. Every time I go in I have to remind them. "Oh, the computer just automatically pops it up." Then, this time round they told me the serpentine belt needed replacing because it was aging and cracked. They quoted me about $270 for this service. Don't they know about YouTube?! I suspected this was an easy fix so I told them to wait and then watched a quick how-to. It turns out this is a 2-minute job requiring a 16mm wrench and an allen key. I no longer believe they have my best interests as a long-time customer at heart. I will not be returning.

From the first time I dropped it off at Superior I felt assured I was getting solid service and honest feedback. They are clear and concise. Family run business. They are friendly and welcoming but down to business. I always recommend them to people in the neighborhood. Really thankful the anxiety of finding a mechanic in NY I trust is no longer a concern.
