This was my first and definitely my last time visiting this store. The moment I walked in, there was a girl sitting at a table by the door and a guy standing nearby watching customers as if everyone was there to steal. It made the environment very uncomfortable.<br><br>The prices were ridiculously high for a thrift store. A Zara jacket was priced at $49, kids’ Alexander McQueen shoes were $149, and Zara shoes were $39 — and they weren’t even in good condition. At that point, I stopped browsing because nothing felt reasonably priced. Why sell donated items close to their original retail price?<br><br>I understand that stores have to sort and organize donations — I donate to Goodwill all the time, and they do the same. The difference is their prices are affordable. I once bought a brand-new bread maker at Goodwill that originally cost $169 and only paid $25.<br><br>This store was cluttered, smelled unpleasant, and the staff made me feel uncomfortable. I stayed less than three minutes and walked out. I will definitely stick with Goodwill moving forward.

I visited the Salvation Army thrift shop today expecting a typical shopping experience. Upon entering, I was not greeted by the two staff members at the front door, a man and a woman, who barely acknowledged us and gave off an unwelcoming vibe. The moment I stepped inside, a strong and unpleasant odor hit me, which immediately raised my red flag, indicating the cleanliness and comfort level might be lacking. The shop itself was cluttered, with clothes and items strewn about haphazardly, making browsing difficult. Overall, the staff's attitude and the store’s condition made the experience disappointing. As employees working in customer service, I believe you all need to improve your approach to ensure customers feel welcomed and comfortable instead of unwelcome and uneasy. I won't be back, do!

Items are not discounted. They're being sold at prices higher than the original price. A planter with the original price tag on it that the store didn't bother to mark down or put a tag on. Shein for $20. A junky tshirt likely given to the former owner for free sold here for $6. All shoes essentially start at $20. Saw a small Gucci children's shoe for $80. A single worn towel is $6. Used bath mat for $7. Loose playing cards for $5 each—split into separate bags as if they were collectors' pieces (a quick google search revealed they are not).
