In a jam, and they bailed me out. I sent Puckett’s driver to the body shop that my insurance company sent me too and they denied the vehicle. The driver was patient, he let me call my claims adjuster, waited, and help find a resolution. Halfway through I gave up and said “tow it to my house”, and he was patient… a million out of 5 stars. At this point I was paying so it wasn’t helpful so he could “stick it” to the insurance company I own insurance agencies, and I wish my client experiences with tow companies could always be this good!

After trying to use a big name corporate roadside assistance with absurd wait times, I called Plunkett Roadside and Towing. He was courteous and kind on both the phone and in person. He arrived before the time frame he stated on the phone. As a woman who needing towing for the first time in my life, he was able to point me in the right direction of next steps. Would highly recommend and use again if I ever needed.
