Huge thank you to STR Towing for an excellent experience. Jeremy was our technician, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He helped us even though we did not have all the tools we needed and truly went above and beyond to get our tire replaced safely on the side of I-65. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress free. We are very grateful for the help and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend.

Thought I could drive my son's car to get checked at Rhea Little's Garage for issues and 1/2 way there the car starts dancing and loosing function. I safely pulled over into a gas station and called the garage and asked them for a recommendation for a tow service because there were so many choices when searching online. They recommended Kevin and gave me their number. He was courteous on the phone and informed me of the expected timeline of his scheduled work and was able to fit me in. I had a book so I waited the estimated 1 to 1.5 hours. I was happy to see Kevin and his wrecker arrive within the hour! He was quick and efficient loading the car on the flatbed. A true gentleman, opened the door for me and cleared off the passenger side so I could ride to the garage with the car. Our conversation was friendly, his drove responsibly, and upon arrival his price quoted was reasonable. I was so confident that I would use him again if needed that I gave the lady seated next to me in the garage waiting room the card to take a picture. Saying to her of course the same I will say to y'all, if you ever need a tow, call Kevin at STR Towing & Recovery!
