Everyone is friendly, and definitely helpful. The layout leave A LOT to be desired. Tight u-turn off the scale. More difficult with a long wheelbase and/or spread axle. Unload for van freight takes awhile. Load times are ok. I wont be back.

I would say the layout is a bit challenging, but they are there to help. One thing I didn't like was after they loaded you, they didn't say anything. In the future, please let the drivers know when you finish loading.

The other posters need to specify if they were picking up or delivering and what time they arrived. I arrived at 8am for a pickup, they had me loaded in 2 hours and waited for my paperwork. The yard guys are amazing. Pay attention to them and you'll do fine
