I’m very disappointed with my experience with Aero Auto Parts. I purchased a part that ended up being defective, and when I contacted the company expecting them to stand behind what they sold, they refused to replace it or provide a reasonable solution. I understand that issues can happen with parts, but customer service and accountability matter. Instead of helping resolve the problem, I was left with a bad part and no support. Based on my experience, I would be cautious before purchasing and make sure to understand the return and warranty policies beforehand.

Thankful for great customer service on every level. Samantha which is the phone operator which aided and assisted me had good energy throughout the entire interaction and Carlos which was the tow truck driver took care of me in no time with the same great energy and great customer service. Aero itself always gives me the correct time around my schedule and never seems to low ball me like the rest of the junk car companies. They will always be my first choice for used parts and repair work.
