I would give ten stars if I could. I unfortunately needed a tow on three separate occasions in the past few months, and the service by Northeast Towing was exemplary each time. All three tows were done in an impressively timely manner, the communication from Tom, Derek, and Darin was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough about the quality of the customer service I received, and the pricing was also very fair and competitive. The past few months have been a nightmare dealing with my car troubles, but Northeast was the one part of the process that was a breeze each time.
