Absolutely terrible experience. My vehicle was illegally towed by this company and returned to me with damage that was not present before the tow. When I tried to address the issue, the staff were dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly had no interest in taking responsibility for their actions. Companies like this rely on intimidation and people simply paying the fees and moving on. Unfortunately for them, that will not be the case here. The money they collected from this tow will end up being a drop in the bucket compared to what they will owe once this is properly addressed. If you value your vehicle, your time, or basic professionalism, avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of towing companies that operate ethically this is not one of them.

Sometimes I just stop in to say hi. By far the best advance in the area they don't always have what you need in stock. But they definitely make sure They can get it next day! Shout out to D and tony and stephen. Along with others. Who help make this a welcoming community auto parts store.

I decided to use my battery warranty at this location because of the good reviews and because it was nearby to where I was getting my oil change. When I called to confirm if they had my battery in stock, Cesar was extremely impatient and rude. The first thing I told him was that I had a warranty (already confirmed with the store I purchased the battery from) and he still proceeded to waste time asking info about my account, not just info to verify or lookup my account (which is justified) but specific questions about the purchase, only to end up telling me what I already knew - THAT I HAD A WARRANTY. He mentioned my battery wasnt purchased at their store as if it was an issue - and he already knew this from when he wasted my time "verifying" the warranty. He didnt even bother to address my reason for calling. So after having to repeat my one and only question several times, he finally asked for a battery number and was extremely condescending about helping me find it. Cesar then hung up on me when I started to tell him he was going to be the reason I don't ever shop at this location. -0 stars if I could simply because of the interaction with Cesar.
