Below-average experience overall. location is hard to find and nowhere is it clearly stated that you’re still charged for garage time, which then gets partially deducted from the service price (but not fully; you still pay the service fee). Which means the dystopian AI-managed garage seems to get a nice check from all this traffic, not the business itself sadly(…unless) Scheduling was also messy: I booked 9am, received a 9am confirmation, but they claimed it was 8am, which delayed my pickup by nearly two hours. They said they’d call when the car was ready but never did—I could’ve picked it up much sooner. The actual cleaning was disappointing for a $60 service. Once I got into better lighting, it was obvious things were missed: trash left on the dash, seat and carpet corners not cleaned, and leaves still by windows. Overall, not worth the price imo

This place not only would not honor appointments given, but would blame you for being punctual to an appointment. Instead of assuming their mistake they would treat you as an imbecil who made up an appointment including the confirmation texts received in the same txt thread that they are denying giving you such appointment. Amazing. On top of everything, you’ll have to pay $7 to enter the parking where the place is located.

They practice the most vital part of running a business: They take care of their customers. After getting an Executive Detail, the interior was perfectly clean and like a brand new vehicle. It's like you couldn't tell I owned a dog! The important part: After looking at the exterior, I noticed the wax job was not up to exactly up to par (as seen in the *BEFORE image). The vehicle, while clean, had a few too many blotches, swirls, and residue than what was expected. The issue was GRACEFULLY handled, with me returning the next day and KP taking care of all issues for no charge. The vehicle looks better then when I bought it tens of thousands of miles ago!
