After all the snow ice and mess here in the Nations Capital. I wanted to go and wash my car and I went to one of the car wash places where you hold the trigger and you spray your car down and scrub it yourself. Once I have the car all clean I jumped in it flipped on the windshield wipers to clean the windshield one of my blades flew off. So I hop out the car and grab the blade try to put it back on and looked at it and saw something and it was broken. I went to a little shop to get a new windshield wiper and didn't see the brand that was already on the car that I remember one of the guys told me that my windshield wipers were trash lol, so he said "I replaced them for you." Well I went to a place that didn't have the same blade and I rode back over to Metro motors and I said hey it's time for me to get a oil change and oh by the way or one of my windshield wipers flew off. I brought in the broken blade and he went in the back and gave me the blade. Next day I dropped the car for oil change. 1 they drove me in my car and dropped me at work. 2 told me call when I'm done and they would come get me. 3 I had a colleague drop me off there when I was off work. 4 paid for my car, I was getting ready to leave, Mo ask me if I ate dates, I said yeah.... Gave me and my colleague that dropped me off some of the most sweet and tender dates of head in a while.

I have an older vehicle that needed maintenance in order to pass the Virginia state safety inspection so I could get it registered. Metro Motors inspected my vehicle, clearly explained the services that were required, and offered a fair price, lower than what a previous repair shop had quoted me. The staff was courteous and professional throughout the process. If I ever need vehicle repairs in the future, I will definitely return.

Super friendly and helpful staff! My car battery died around the corner from this location and they were able to walk with me and jump start the car. Kamil was excellent and quick to get it sorted again. If their other services are like the experience I had, then I would definitely go to them!
