My car insurance provider just called this company for tow assistance. The lady that answered the call stated that she did not have any drivers in the area that could assist me. I gave this information to the officer on the scene, and the officer stated to me that he could call Sloan Towing Service, and they would be at the scene in 10 minutes. The officer then said that they probably sitting in the garage waiting for us to call so that they can get more money for picking up your vehicle. Guess what, 10 minutes later… Sloan Towing was at the scene picking up the vehicle, and the driver said that his dispatch never told him anything about us until the police called them to come out. Unbelievable!

Absolutely poor service! I called a few days ago to ask about a rear end for a 2006 Toyota Tacoma, was told they had plenty. Before making a trip, I decided to call this morning to let them know I was coming and to be sure they had exactly what I needed. Well a guy answered, told him what I needed and quickly he told me I don't have Toyota Tacomas here, I don't deal with them! I tried to explain I just called a few days ago, and was told you had several. He said you must have called someone else!Really? Poor customer service and now I see why other reviews are poor! I would not waste my time with them! Unorganized!
