USAA sent them out to change a tire. Guy comes out and says he can't do it because the tire iron part is missing from the kit. The spare can't get lowered without it he says. I improvise and do it in front of him. Guy gets in his truck. I ask if he has tire iron. Guy says no and dips out lmao
