Paid $722.10 to get my car released and was told it was ready at 11:40 AM. The moment I asked to pick it up, the staff member shrugged and told me the driver was “out on a tow call” and followed it with “what do you want me to do about it.” That line alone tells you everything about how this place treats people. They charged $685 + 6.625% tax, then immediately pushed a release form in front of me stating that I “received the vehicle in satisfactory condition” before I was even allowed to see it. Signing something saying the car is fine when they refuse to bring it out yet is a setup. No inspection. No transparency. Just pressure. I paid full price and still ended up waiting outside with no timeline, no accountability, and no respect. If you think paying their inflated fees means you get basic service or professionalism, you’re wrong. This place makes every step hostile and inefficient. Twin Towing operates like you owe them something after they already charged you hundreds. The attitude, the delays, and the forced signing before release tell you this is not a customer-focused business. Avoid them if you can.

If you are involved in an accident and need your car towed, under no circumstances, allow your vehicle to be towed to their yard. They will hold your vehicle hostage and not allow you to remove any of your personal belongings until they are paid. They are more interested in extracting money from the customer than providing good quality customer service. My experience with these people to put it mildly was horrendous. The first thing that came out of their mouth was until we get a call from the insurance company you are not allowed to remove anything from your vehicle which constitutes a seizure of your personal property. Policy or no policy that has to be and unlawful practice. Stay away from twin Towing at all cost !!!

We needed a tow today , we called Twin Towing and they came out right away .They had an awesome guy named Lou come do our tow it was a pleasure dealing with him and this awesome company from start to finish of getting our box truck back home ! Thank you
