They pulled my brand new Nissan Frontier out of a very deep ditch on Thanksgiving night at 10:30 pm in 38 degree weather. Arrived promptly and were very professional in their efforts. 0 damage inflicted during the recovery.

After getting off of a 12 hour shift, my car was broke down on the side of the interstate. I filed a towing service through volkswagen roadside assistance. I paid $167.01 for a tow that never came. I paid for the tow around 8:45pm and was assured a driver would be there in 43 minutes. I called immediately after I was assigned to CAF wrecker to let them know I live in morganton and would be leaving the car. I was told to leave it unlocked and someone was on their way. 43 minutes turn to 26 minutes, then I was told that there was a delay. At 11pm I called the company to let them know I was going to bed and I wanted updates when my car was picked up. At 5am the car was still on the side of road with NO updates at all. I had my husband call around 6am today for an update and was told for they had one driver and that we had called all night and “they’re trying”. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. I understand you may have one driver, however leaving a vehicle unlocked on the side of the road for 10 hours with no tow service coming is extremely distasteful, rude, and unprofessional. I paid for a service that was never received and we were told very disrespectful to find another service even though I didn’t choose this company in the first place. If you are ever stranded and need desperate help I will never recommend this place at all. If I hadn’t left I would have been sleeping in my car. They have no remorse for anyone’s severe situations. Please do better!

Quite literally left my unlocked car in a parking lot overnight after assuring me multiple times over the phone that a driver was coming, despite multiple excuses being made including “getting gas” which must’ve been very hard since it took all night and the truck never arrived! I’m having to call my insurance and get a whole new company out here just to tow my car to a tire repair place. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t call them if you need help. They’ll let you sit there all night.
