Gregg was very helpful, he took my information on Thursday evening before New Years Eve and said he would get back to me by noon on Monday. They were out of power on Monday. By noon Tuesday Rodney had reached out to me by sending me pictures of the correct part for a 90 model Toyota Celica. (Most cars this old have been crushed by now) I am thoroughly impressed with their customer service!! Getting back to someone when you say you will is unheard of in this day and time, especially days later and a holiday to beat it all.Rodney shipped me my part out of state the same day and were very reasonable in their pricing. Great place to do our recycling. Organized, clean and with plenty of space. My only complaint is the yellow jackets. I have to wait weeks in between going because of the pain and itching from the stings to go away. Surely there must be some solution to this ongoing problem

Guys...listen...I'm in love with the Maybin folks!! What they don't know; I work from home and my office is the front of the house so I can see them pick up, but they can't really see in to see me. Now, our puppy, Melee, spends most of her time in my office with me and loves to look out the window. As of today (after investigation), I now know you CAN see her little face in the window, but that's it. Sidebar: she usually barks at any activity or humans/animals out there, but she doesn't bark at Maybins! She just politely watches them. Anyway, it's because the guys that pick up in Cannon Woods (don't know if that changes each pick up day) see/watch her (saw you wave at her today!) and leave her a treat every Wednesday!!!! When it all got pieced together for me, I just melted. Not only do they do their jobs VERY well and always in a timely manner, but they're spoiling the better half of me. Thank you, Maybin Crew! I'm not about writing bad reviews but my 2016 toyota corolla wouldn't crank yesterday while leaving work so someone jumped me off and I went straight to advanced auto. When I walked in the 2 young guys where looking at their phones I said I need a battery or if you can test it to make sure that's what I need and would you install it. I'm a single woman so I need help. Well one of the guys said sure then he looked at the other guy and said you want me to do it or you he said you while still looking at his phone. So he got his test box and went and hooked it up and after a minute he said its not your battery but don't take my word for it go to auto zone or O'Reilly and get a second opinion. So I came home and called my dealer ship this morning and took it in and it was the battery. I feel like the young man didn't want to be bothered with changing my battery. You lost a customer 😕 😒...
